SIC-Lazaro, the Milwaukee-based manufacturer of OEM counterweights and machinery weldments for heavy duty machinery and elevators, is excited to announce Kenneth J. Rawson has joined the company as its new General Manager.
During his lengthy career, Rawson has served in management at a number of manufacturing firms and his own metal fabrication company which he grew from a one-man operation to a 28,000 sq. ft. operation with dozens of machines and employees.
As a collaborative leader with a focus on business growth, Rawson has extensive experience as a manufacturing leader having successfully implemented initiatives to improve on-time delivery, reduce cost of quality and lead times, and acquiring and maintaining new customers.
In the role of General Manager, Rawson will lead efforts to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of SIC-Lazaro’s manufacturing operations and production capabilities.
